Car Deal Warehouse At Lexus, Newbridge (Permanently Closed)

Updating my review and rating after the improved service I received following my initial feedback. I would like to thank the CDW manager for taking the time to contact me, for the apology and for him ensuring issues got resolved. I do feel sorry that the good efforts eventually offered by CDW were still thwarted by an external company. For all the expertise, they were actually unable to finish the job effectively by not screwing in a part properly on the last visit! I have managed to sort that myself though.
So far things appear good, fingers crossed! Wish everything had been straightforward from the start. I'm now looking forward to some hassle free driving. Thanks again to Mr Scott for all his assistance!

My rating reflects the total lack of after sales customer service I have received so far. If the outcome of my experience changes and the fault on the car I bought a month ago is rectified under my statutory rights, then I might change this. So far the lack of empathy, contact and updates has been shocking! I have not been able to drive my newly purchased car for 2 weeks now. Managed to get a courtesy car last week but only after several phone calls, all of which we had to make!!! Even then I had to take that straight to the filling station as the diesel was in the red when I got it.
I feel so disappointed and let down after spending a large sum of hard saved money buying a car I fell in love with.
The ball is in Car Deal Warehouse's court. It's now up to them whether they want me to walk away happy and give them a semi decent review. The review will not be perfect due to the salesman's absolute lack of customer service skills though. I'm sure that if he was the one getting no updates, phone calls and proactive goodwill in resolving an issue with a car he bought, he would be just as upset, angry and disappointed as I am!
One last message to them: as your customer I do not care that you have no real profit margin on your cars.
My recommendation at the moment would be stay clear of Car Deal Warehouse, unless you aren't bothered about good customer service practices.

Would recommend future customers to take out the Care Plan they offer. So many money saving deals in it that don't mean much when you are purchasing your new car, but are so useful when using it. Loving my BMW. This is the second car I have purchased from the CarDealWarehouse and will definitely be back when I need a new one.

I bought a fantastic car here around a year ago - it was extremely good value, and well maintained. The team were very helpful at all stages of the process.

Since then, Pam & Shaun in the service dept have serviced and MOT'd the car, and have been very accommodating.

I am so impressed with this company and after care that I had to write a review. They are an honest and trustworthy company, and are a model of how the auto industry should run. All the cars they sell are good quality and well maintained. Forget about small dealerships looking to make profit out of you - go to a company like this where you can trust them.
