Brilliant! I had broken and mangled my only ignition key for an old van they managed to cut a new one from the pieces, I was really surprised when it worked first time. The staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend

Excuse the pun but was fobbed off. Phoned explaining got key wet resulting in no central locking. But can open door manually and engine immobileser transponder ok.thus engine starts
Got call back a few hours later saying they cant get q7 keys.
Had to get one at a local breakers to strip for the pcb after looking at youtube and managed to recode in vehicle myself.
Prob not a big enough job to bother about

There total crooks.
Sent a steering lock for my merc in as needed to eliminate a fault he said he would check it and repair it if faulty Got a call following morning saying the motor in the steering lock needed repaired and all sorted now so behold got it back plugged it all back together fault still there.
Asked to get money back got nothing but aggresive attitude.It turned out to be afaulty starter Motor.
They new it was fine as the way the owner was coming across when I called them they new it was not faulty but to get £240.00 the cost Of the non existent repair from me saying they fixed it and back and running There basically scammers avoid these theifs at all costs.

The Renault service centre quoted me £250 excluding vat and a 10 day wait just to add insult to injury! Then after a friend recommended The Car Key Centre I had it fixed within 10 minutes and for only £45!!! Bonus that the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
