Join us at Carluke Leisure Centre on Thursday 20th February 6.00-7.30pm for an evening of Body Combat. Our coaches will be delivering some of the tracks from older releases as well as the latest release.
Body Combat is a high energy martial arts inspired class which is totally non-contact.

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
Classes are available at Carluke Leisure Centre at the following times:
Monday 7.30-8.15pm... Tuesday 11.00-12.00noon Sunday 7.30-8.15pm
