International writers, musicians, storytellers join forces with our local Lismore talents to fill the island with song, story and dance.
This is a fundraising festival on behalf of our Heritage Centre Cafe and Museum which will be the main hub of the festival. Other venues are the hall, Carnie studio the church and....out and about!

Clare is booking co-ordinator for Taproot billeting which we hope will be able to offer you a cheap and chearful bed and breakfast. An 'industrious' day at Carnie Cottage today - everyone had a task (or two) to complete.

Ann said 'let there be light' and John got busy with the chainsaw.

After a year of being our host for Airbnb, Christina has passed the mantle on to Jayne Layton our wonderful neighbour who already has been looking after Carnie like it has been her own home. Jayne has the added advantage of living up the track from the cottage so she is on hand for any queries and changeovers. Christina is fast becoming Glasgow's leading dog behaviourist and dog care specialist.

After 45 years with a 'challenging' gravity water supply from the spring in the bog, Carnie Cottage gets 4000 litres of beautifully cleaned and decalcified H2O at 2-bar pressure. No more tea with lime!
