To every lovely person who has shown understanding and caring this week while I am ill & having to rearrange appointments. 💚I have had regular Reflexology treatments in the past when feeling at my lowest physically & mentally - every 4 weeks for a year - and yes it helped - alot.
Feeling totally run down & a bit rubbish at the moment is probably linked to the fact that I have got out of the habit of building this & other types of self care into my own life while enthusing to everyone else how crucial it is to our Wellbeing.
Time to change that for me & get back in control of my own wellbeing ...(as much as it is possible for anyone to be).
