Carpet Master Of Stirling

Had kitchen floor fitted about 5 years ago by a youngish, I suppose not so experienced member of staff, who made a cable from my washing machine stick out in an awkward and obvious place from underneath the floor boards, telling me this was unavoidable. Later I was told by another fitter that this was bad practice and could have easily been avoided by directing the cable to the back of the washing machine, an effort that the carpet master fitter had spared. The main issue however is that the 10-year guaranteed Vinyl flooring material is now cracking in places, and nobody in the shop is able to track down the manufacturer for the guarantee, or replace the faulty boards. After two inspection visits, their staff never bothered to come back to me, and I have given up chasing them.

Superb experience from start to finish. James, James, Dean, Connor, and Ian were SUPERB. James was extremely knowledgeable about all the flooring products in the store, thus achieving the best carpet/underlay price for a fabulous selection. When he came to the house, he further demonstrated his installation knowledge and gave us an in-depth visit. (Plus, the EXTRAS are unrivaled by any competitors). Walking on the carpet is just as heavenly as it looks. Got a remnant of a very high-quality tartan carpet for a room at an amazing price and it looks fabulous. And the Kharandean DaVinci flooring…Where to begin. Truly, a work of art. Had Kharandean flooring before, but this is laid so beautifully it almost leaves you speechless. So glad we chose Carpetmaster. Would highly recommend them.

Like other reviewers here, we found Carpet Master Stirling after poor experience and disappointment elsewhere. From our store visit, their home visit for measurements, to completed installation (all of upstairs + stairs) the people and processes were brilliant. The price was great, the carpet quality is great, the installation finish is great and the installers (employed directly by Carpet Master Stirling) were great. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good carpet shop and fitters. Found after extensive search and previous poor experience with another carpet company. The customer service is excellent, and I was guided through choosing a carpet. All of the people in Carpet Master - Isobel, June, James and all the fitters are so nice and helpful. They gave me a good quote, a wonderful carpet, went with my dates for fitting and moving house - laying it in two stages - without any issues. And quickly for the first fit. The fitters were particularly good and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble; they brought a vacuum cleaner, were thorough, clean and super-friendly. They vacuumed all the detritus from the previous carpet fitting off the underlay, and all the fluff from the new carpet, before fitting. And did a very neat and professional job. Paul was very friendly and helpful in the shop. They were able to measure us up and get the carpet fitted quickly which was exactly what we needed. The workmen were excellent. We are very pleased with the product and experience and would definitely recommend.

Recently had the top and bottom landings as well as the stairs fitted in a tartan carpet. In the shop, they were really useful with choosing the right carpet for our specifications and gave us a great price, too.The guys who fitted it were always polite and tidy and did a great job. They took the time to make sure that the pattern lined up all the way up and around the stairs. Will definitely use them again to do the rest of our house when the time comes.

Carpetmaster are the company to go to for carpets. Ordered on Wednesday fitted on Monday as they are very busy but fitted me in. Excellent service from going into shop friendly staff to seeing the carpets finished by carpet fitters who did a great job and no mess. 5 stars

A fantastic experience. Was helped in the shop by Paul who was very patient with me. Chose laminate for 2 rooms and hallway and carpet for stairs and top landing. Great price and quality. Carpet master supplied and fitted Karndean flooring throughout the bottom floor of our property. The service that was provided was excellent and the finished flooring was superb. I do not hesitate to recommend this retailer.

Just phoned about a slight issue i was having a kitchen floor purchased last year. I had concerns that I would have problems getting someone back out to fix it. Gordon, who took the call, was 'top drawer'. Straight away he said not to worry in the slightest and that he would get someone out asap to rectify it. Great service and really refreshing.
