Salesman was very rude tonight I have used these guys previously and had very good service but after that I don’t think I’d be returning.

Had vinyl laid in bathroom a few months ago when the floor was bone dry. Over the past few weeks we have noticed marks on the vinyl around the toilet, which have slowly got worse. On inspection the floor is now soaking and the toilet leaking. Tried to discuss the situation today with Carpet Shed but the member of staff refused to listen and was quite rude and would not take any responsibility, even though this has only occurred since the new vinyl was laid. Not impressed with customer service, will not be recommending them and will certainly not be using them again.

Ordered all our carpets here for the last 10 years (for three different properties). Never had an issues and friendly staff.

Got my flat done from Carpet Shed September would not recommend. Carpet in hall no underlay was put under which has left it feeling very thin underlay was expected. Due to shape of hall I was told a cut would have to be made, This cut has started to show carpet is coming away! Vinyl in the kitchen is lifting up & bathroom vinyl discolouring!! My flooring has all been looked after very well so this should not be happening! Although happy with Bedroom & Livingroom. Dont chance it
