Always able to get an appointment unlike my previous doctors who couldn't cope with the demand.

I have been with this practice since it opened, the whole team from receptionist, nurses, phlabotomist, and doctors all have a friendly, professional manner, and often find the doctor's go that extra mile, we have had a few serious illnesses in our house and a doctor always came round or would chat on the phone, I have never been left with an issue that has not been seen to ON THE DAY, by this practice, well done Carron medical center

Called to see a doctor as this surgery is facing my house, very recently moved to the area and was told it takes 3 days to be registered so I "wouldn't be seen by a doctor for something like 'what's wrong with me' ". I am infact a paediatric nurse and I am appalled at this, been ill for over a week with no sign of improvement and have realised my self diagnosis was clearly wrong (since I am still ill) but clearly the receptionist knows more about my illness than myself (a qualified nurse). Told to wait and phone nhs24. Unbelievable. The girls in my hospital will be hearing about this.

Clean environment. Very nice staff.
