Asked for a new boiler quote, but they saved me a fortune by making a minor adjustment to the boiler we had.

I've left a 1-star review for the company that had erroneously shut down our boiler as being unsafe.

Will definitely use CAS Duncan as and when I do actually need a new boiler. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Recently had a Siemens washing machine fitted. Very quick delivery and the staff were very polite and friendly, old machine was removed and new one was installed in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend CAS Duncan to anyone and would definitely use their services in the future.

Needed a replacement integrated dishwasher. Decided to use a local company. Went to their showroom and welcomed by a knowledgeable salesperson. 2 days later installation completed by Greg and Nathan who did a grand job. certainly use the company again.

I've been using CAS Duncan for several years now and have found them to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. They have carried out extensive plumbing and electrical work in our house which has all been done to a very high standard. I also ordered various quality kitchen appliances from them at very reasonable prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A good experience overall from the first contact to request a quote right through to completion and commissioning of the system along with a follow up visit from the Installation Manager.
Everyone I came into contact with was polite, helpful and knowledgable.
Special mention for the installation team who who carried out their work with the minimum of disruption and kept us up to date with progress. They were also extremely tidy workers.
On my experience I would not hesitate to recommend CAS Duncan to anyone who asked me.

Absolutely awful will never use them again. Had hot water tank installed and within days water stopped running. The customer service was shocking and rude. The workman was misleading and did not complete work as promised. I had to contact another plumber to fix the problem. Very costly.

They are pretty awful, the engineer they sent round simply wasn't interested in helping us and actually recommended contacting Worcester directly to get it repaired (after charging us a callout fee of course), cas duncan left me without regular hot water for 3 weeks in total waiting on parts & an appointment before arriving back with the wrong part & unable to do the work, time called on them after that & after one call to worcester my boiler was fixed on the day & their engineer actually commented how some obvious issues had been missed by the cas duncan engineer, I would never use CAS Duncan again for any reason

used these guys to fix a dodgy boiler last year and a radiator just a few weeks before Christmas, Both jobs done quickly and efficently with no issues from either. In the case of the radiator they sorted something a previous plumber ended up selling me the proverbial Brooklyn bridge that didnt even fix the issue!!!

Used this company on two occasions in the past 6 months for plumbing issues. On one occasion they sent an electrician! Very expensive, even for minor work which would be forgivable if not for both problems being left only partially resolved. The employees only seem to do the bare minimum required of them and pass the buck to someone else. Won't be using again.
