Casa Angelina Description
We are passionate. . . slightly obsessed. . . about good food and have long felt that rather than simply staying behind the scenes cooking and baking wonderful creations we wanted to come out of the kitchen and be involved with our customers.
Our aim is to keep it simple, using good quality, seasonal and well sourced local ingredients, free of additives and organic wherever possible, just as you might do at home when cooking & baking for your own children, friends and family.
We are nostalgic for a more relaxed, prettier way of life and therefore Casa Angelina is a just a big hat box of different skills and love for all things yummy, simple and honest.
