Castlegate Post Office

Absolutely appalling behavior from staff this morning.
I was in before 9am to post a letter and when it was my turn in the line for the improv post office, the woman said she had to serve the customers that had just walked in while I waited, first. So I waited while they payed for their crisps. Then a man walked in, garbed a newspaper and payed for that, and when the third customer walked in and was being served I inquired why I was not being attended as a customer, like the rest of people.
Well, the response from the disgraceful woman was so rude, disrespectful and out of hand, I'm considering coming back to speak to her manager about it.

Definitely wouldn't recommend you come even within 50 yards of this place.

Whoever the manager is that runs that post office is damn right rude! Asking anything from her is a chore and she gets annoyed by simple questions. I wait for the younger guy who is brilliant. Always serves me with a smile.

A bit run down but good service

I would give 1 star but there is one guy who is working very hard and is very friendly. Always trying to do his best to solve any problem.

The rest of the crew - women - are terrible. Their attitute towards a client leaves a lot to be desired. Manager is not better.
