I just wanted to write and thank you for a wonderful stay in Puffin lodge. We honestly could not have asked for better accommodation. I really think it might be my favourite place I’ve stayed anywhere in the world! The spot is breathtaking and we were treated to some stunning sunsets (and sunrises thanks to the one year old!). The attention to detail in the lodge and the qual...ity of things like towels and toiletries (where can I buy the latter??) made our stay so comfortable. It was the perfect mix of the outdoors and home comforts. Thank you for all the things for the children too. Mabel was so excited about the Frozen puzzles! And it really helped to have the plastic plates etc for meal times. I will definitely be recommending Catchpenny to everyone and we hope to be back again soon. It was the perfect, memorable stay for my 40th.

The less well known secluded bays between Elie and Catchpenny are some of the nicest beaches in the area and just a stones throw from Catchpenny.

What an experience, it lived up to all my expectations and more .... it’s the most relaxed I’ve felt in years from a holiday my 3 yr old loved it and didn’t want to leave !

What a wonderful place. Spent the weekend with family and I can honestly say we were so impressed. The photos dont do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean and they had everything you could need. Loved sitting outside with the fire and amazing views. The kids loved exploring the beaches as did our dog max. From booking to checking in everything was hassle free. Will definetly return in the future. Thank you �

We've just returned from a memorable weekend at the Catchpenny Safari Lodges, they certainly possess the 'wow factor'! The owners, Alex + Tara Nairn, have thought of literally everything to make a holiday of this sort work seamlessly. The lodges are idyllically situated with spectacular views of the sea and direct access to a small beach with the buzzing seaside holiday town of Elie a stones throw away. We will definitely be returning.

We have just spent the weekend at Catchpenny and couldn’t recommend it more. The owners are a delight and so helpful. The tents are the epitome of luxury and so comfortable. Such a fab location as well. Simply perfect - next year I’ll be booking a week. Thank you so much

We are just back from a long wk end at the lodges. Could not fault them. Staff were fantastic.

I travelled with my husband, 4 children and our dog . Absolutely fantastic holiday on a gorgeous coast line. We will definitely be back .

Spent a lovely weekend there and it was amazing. The safari lodges are absolutely stunning with everything that you could need.

Boys enjoyed the beautiful walks as did our dog Max. Loved having a fire as well and the scenery was beautiful .

Seriously smart tents, very well kitted out and furnishings are stunning. Kids and Adults all had the best time, would highly recommend this amazing high end glamping to anyone!

Our favourite part of the coastal path so when we spotted these tents going up there had to be a holiday scheduled. Didn’t disappoint. Actually a far cry from any camping done in earlier years with our children. Very tastefully done, with wood burning stove to keep you warm when temp dips. Now with only us and dog Skye, walking, eating, chilling and even sighting of dolphins as we sat on decking was fab. Weather was kind. Loved the changing vista, even on the days the haar drifted on shore.

Just had a lovely 4 days at a safari tent here with my husband and two children. The tents are amazing, definitely the way to “glamp”. They are kitted out with everything we needed and although I was slightly concerned about lights and power there was no need as plenty to charge our phones and light the tent. The location is stunning and there was plenty to do in the area. We were met at our tent and shown around when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Just back from a week at Catchpenny. I can’t begin to describe how amazing this place is. Total heaven! The safari tents are huge, beds are super comfy, shower is spacious and warm, all the amenities inside and out are spot on.

It was truly more than we could have ever hoped for. Can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed the beautiful coastal walk, gorgeous little beach with rock pools for little ones to explore and the fire pits for toasting marshmallows as the sun went down. So close to the lovely village of Elie with water sports and the fabulous Ship Inn. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

I have just returned from 7 nights @ catchpenny with my wife & 4 yo son. The site manager, Lorraine was so friendly & helpful, the owners Alex & Tara were very attentive & welcoming on our arrival too. What a great time we had; the tents are amazing, kitted out to a very high standard with everything you need for a perfect stay with a bit of style & flare! Great location & amazing views, ideal for walks, exploring & relaxing �����

Had a fantastic weekend at catchpenny! Beautiful weather Friday and Saturday. Bbq outside and kids could run around safely and head down to beach where they did some crab hunting. Lodges are super comfy and have everything you could need. They’ve thought of everything. Very handy having the Ardross farm shop so close by, which caters for everything you might want. Lorraine met us and gave us a warm welcome and even popped back later to make sure we were ok. Spent a fab day in Elie on Saturday, lovely lunch at Ship Inn and then water sports, paddle boarding and Ringo. Fab that The Ship offer a free shuttle bus back to the lodges for customers, as we had some very exhausted children. It rained all day on Sunday but even that didn’t spoil our break. There are board games, warm stove and kids toys to keep everyone entertained. We will be back again next year! 😀👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gorgeous, gorgeous location and we had the best amenities one could have while glamping! There’s all the provisions you need for the kitchen and there are local farm shops nearby where you can even stop by to stock up and get the barbecue going if you need! On the coastal walk with some the best sunsets ever!

Fantastic lodges, great for the family, wonderful location and will definitely be returning - well done, great alternative & unique holiday venue for the fife coastline.

Fantastic lodges in a gorgeous location. Kids loved the cabin bed, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, running along the beach and the beautiful coastal path walks. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!
