CDHA is a community controlled housing association with 579 houses in the Cathcart, Mount Florida and Battlefield areas of Glasgow.

CDHA accepts the challenge to deliver comprehensive housing services which meet or exceed the needs and aspirations of our clients.
In achieving this aim, the following key objectives have been set;

To provide land and buildings for purposes connected with the requirements of tenants and members.

To provide affordable properties for rent, to the highest standard of design and specification, within the constraints of available funding.

To ensure a balanced mix of properties is created to meet the needs and aspirations of existing and prospective tenants .

To provide a comprehensive, quality management service whilst demonstrating value for money.

To ensure that properties are adequately maintained throughout their anticipated life.

To ensure the continued and long term financial viability of the association.

To engender local empowerment through continued active participation of the community in the organisation’s activities.

To assist with the regeneration of the local community, including ‘wider role’ activities.
