I recently purchased a house in Dunblane and can honestly say that Cathedral City Estates were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond and deal with all requests.

I have sold a property and subsequently bought another property with Cathedral City Estates in the last 18 months. I would say that i have found the team to be very professional and helpful. They have an excellent location on the high street in Dunblane to promote your property. I found their schedules to be of very high standards and their knowledge of the local area is second to none.

Booked a flat viewing for a property with these agents. Took the morning off and drove an hour to get to the viewing only to find that my viewing was for a different property on the same street with the same amount of bedrooms, but horrible in comparison. I also found out that the original property I intended to view had been let out already. Wasted a morning and lost out on a great flat due this company's poor communication skills. The agent didn't appear to feel bad about the situation and tried to palm off the blame onto a receptionist when she was one of the people I confirmed my viewing with over the phone. No apology given either. Very upset by this experience.
