its a great place for it I used to stay there I grow up in the park..loved it
Oh I love it buster run's up & down it after the fox's & squirrels & I'm sliding on my Arse all over the place & im walking not on a bike it's fucking great lolx
Love this track, and so handy that it's right on my doorstep
Great wee track and fairly handy for a whack of the city. A few more miles wouldn't go amiss but hey ho.
Great on a dry day x keep you fit if you walk up or cycle x airs a bit better to breath. No cars or buses about. Overall a good day out on a summer day.. great place to take your dog a walk
Great biking tracks interspersed with tracks for walks with the dogs. Lovely and wild with lovely wooded area. Amazing views out over Glasgow. On a clear day you can see Ben Lomond and the surrounding hills.
Got a mountain bike? Go here! Nicely laid out for a fun days biking.
Cracking setup for Scotland, touching distance from anywhere in the central belt and perfect for after work riding!
Caters for all levels of rider, challenges your abilities and does this in a very open platform, where your visibility is good, meaning faster riders are given great lines of sight to avoid running ruining slower moving traffic.
Pump track is great, new, smooth and slick to ride... Even on a full bounce.
*I did see some space cadets walking their dog, off the lead on the jump park tonight and that could of been dangerous.
Well done, love the setup!
Brilliant course! Great for beginners and those who consider themselves invincible lol
Amazing place, great trails and all within 15mins,,
What a great make over. Very quick and flows well. Big berms are fun as well as the drops and many other things. Unfortunately at the top of the original tracks there are many broken bottles, discarded cans and just general waste. Sorry to see the original track in this state as my partner and I enjoy the cycle as well as the dog likes her walk. Can't wait to hit it tomorrow (bin bag in hand) come on people if you ride it,look after it. Chris.
The dog walkers are the worst. Stay off the damn trails and stick to your paths. Only thing that stops this being 5 stars sadly
I would like to see more Route Markers for the MTB but all in a really fantastic place to ride
Great find, I work nationwide so chuffed to find this place near hotel, defo be coming back !!!!!!!
Some more route markers would make a huge difference. And the direction of travel seems wrong in some places. Why would anyone want to cycle up boulders?
But the waymarking is atrocious. Such an easy thing to sort. What's going on?
Great facility that needs more trails / distance to keep the average mountain biker coming back.
Good trails although it's a nightmare meeting dog walkers , walking up the bike trail
great track, requires abit of fitness n tests ur technique. i would rate it highly if it wasn't covered in DOG SH*T. IF your taking your children here...........don't......Its used by "professional" dog walkers who cannot control there huge numbers of dogs(typically 10 or more), expect them to bark and chase you to lazy shouts of "come here" "stop" while attempting to avoid piles of stinking dog sh*t in your path. O the joy........
Something will hopefully be done by the time they spend millions of pounds upgrading and adding to it. key word here = hopefully
It would be ok if not covered in dog shit. I've been here 3 times and 2 of the times ended up biking through or stepping in shit. I feel like going and just waiting around to catch people in the act. Seriously if you have a dog you need to clean up after it. No exceptions.
