was in today asked a member of staff about a plant he was really pleasant and helpful as were the other staff offering any help needed, went for a snack and again really pleased with the service will certainly be back again

love coming here with the family, great to see a massive change in the place and have so much more gifts and plants and a great layout, all the staff always smiling which is a good thing to see when u walk through the door. deffo worth the money and great customer service

We have been coming for years and you have made a real difference since taking over. Well stocked, well staffed and a real buzz of a place on the way up. The cafe was great too

We had a stop off whilst on our travels. Paid a visit to the restaurant, what lovely people. Just starting refurb, so lots of bargains to be had. We'll definitely be back, well worth a visit!!

Was at restaurant for quick lunch with friends one of the party has watch what she eats

They made her lovely prawns and melon salad

We had pate with toast instead of oat cakes

Outstanding range of plants, many unusual compared to other centres, the quantity and quality more than usual, I could shed tears at some of the places I visit, the poor plants are crying out for attention, but NOT here, and a huge range of gifts again different to the usual range, garden furniture etc you name it they've got it, and to to[p it all off, a lovely cafe/restaurant, the staff are so willing to help throughout the centre, it is just so refreshing, well done Caulders

Lovely mothers day lunch at Caulders today. They managed to accommodate 7 of us at short notice. Lovely food and friendly service. The cafe was very busy but our food came quickly. Definitely be back again. Xx

Love this garden centre. Lots of great products there and fantastic staff who always serve with a smile. The wee ginger girl who works there is a ray of light and chatters away and is so positive about the products. There are fish and birds my daughter loves to see as well as a play area to keep her entertained. Well worth popping into for all your gardening needs. Tasty cafe as well that does a mean omelette. Highly recommended 5*

Love all the new changes. Displays are a joy to see and staff are so friendly. Breakfast deal comes high recommended but I need to get back to try those cream cakes 😄 Top marks!

Just like to say, i was in at the weekend,and although it is being refurbished,the transformation is very noticable,purchased some chippings,but ran out ,so i ordered more to be delivered [Next day] All went according to plan,and all the staff i dealt with were spot on,the delivery guy even offered to help me to carry them to the rear of house!....No hesitation in giving 5 stars..

Had afternoon tea here for a party of 10 last Sunday. Two of our party are coeliacs and both my daughter and grandson were very happy with the food they received, as were the rest of the party.

Great place. Amazing staff. Fantastic wee cafe. Must be alot of good work carried out in the kitchen to make it so great.

Great place all round to pass an hour or two.

First time visit and was really impressed with overall service and knowledge of the staff. Had an afternoon tea and it was excellent. Had great service by Jenny who looked after us from the moment we sat down. Will be visiting again.

Always visit here on my way home from St. Andrews. Myself and three friends were there on Sunday 25th June, just for coffee, then Pamela, who served us, suggested afternoon tea, you choose your own choice of filling for sandwiches and get fab selection of homemade cakes and scones. Excellent suggestion, fab value for money, very impressed. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

We went in when the centre officially opened on the 25th March and they were still setting up however we were back again yesterday and its looking great lots of choice of plants and the staff as cheerful and helpful as always , really love the new chairs in the coffee shop

Very clean restaurant, of course it is brand new. Scones were very good and the best flat white coffee I have ever had

There is outside seating with cover. Fully recommend

The new owners are making a lovely job of revamping and renovating the Garden Centre and turning it into an even better facility within North Wast Fife.

The coffee shop is highly recommended and the home baking and hot chocolate is to die for !

The moment you arrive you are met with colour and as you walk in you are just surrounded with more colour! It looks like a Garden Centre should. I wish the new owners all the best in their latest venture in my town. You are so welcome. Everyone should make a visit. They will be impressed.

Bought a Webber from here, which unfortunately had a missing part, when we took it back to get replaced, we were told it wasn't their issue, the manner in which we were dealt with was very rude and the Manager/owner was to busy to talk to us. Needless to say we got our refund in the end and bought the exact Webber for £30 cheaper online with free delivery. Worst customer service ever.
