Our Minister, Monica, led a lovely service yesterday about footprints. We had a story about a "good wolf", not a big, bad one and also read the "Footprints" poem below. The children went around the congregation with paper and pens, drawing our members footprints and we cut them out and made a path to follow around the Church.
Our Sunday Service starts at 11.15am every week and all are welcome to attend. :)

Our Sunday School, joined by a few other members of our Congregation, visited the new Sikh Temple in Berkeley Street this afternoon. We were made very welcome, learned much about the Sikh religion and even enjoyed a meal together in the Temple. Hopefully, this is the first of several visits to other religious places of worship for the children, and a lovely afternoon was had by all.

Its time for our Jolly Tots to resume their Tuesday fun!
We'll welcome Tots and their adults back on 14 August from 10.30am - 12.30pm for fun and games + a healthy snack. Contact this fb page for further info.

It's the first day of August and time to tell you about our Summer Fun Day and BBQ which will take place on Saturday 18th August from 12pm-3pm. We will have lots of stalls including Home Baking, Causeway Crafters, Jewellery and lots more. Our Sunday School kids are running a Handmade Crafts stall and our Veterans Group are in charge of our Tombola Stall. There will be Raffle Prizes up for grabs, Arts & Crafts and Glitter Tattoos for the kids and an Eyebrow Bar for a bit of grown-up pampering! Our tearoom will be serving tea/coffee and cakes. Outside we will have Fairground-type games and BBQ serving burgers and hot dogs. Plenty on offer for all the family, so why not come along and join us for a great afternoon! Feel free to share our poster to help us spread the word. :D

As our Sunday School closes for summer, Rev Monica presents Sarah and Jonah with their well-deserved prizes for continued attendance throughout the year. Have a lovely summer kids! :)

The Causeway Church Summer Trip to Troon is this Saturday 30th June, leaving the Church at 11am and arriving back home at around 7pm that night. Tickets are £12 each (which includes travel and afternoon tea) and there are a few tickets still available to Church members and their family/friends. If you haven't booked your ticket yet but would like to come along, please message the page and we will get it sorted out for you. :)

As well as Communion during the service this morning, we also welcomed Richard as a new member of our Church. We are so very pleased that he has joined us on our journey. Welcome Richard!
