The value of my property had been considerably played down by another agent who succeeded not only in making the property seem worthless, but also ridiculing me for considering it to be marketable at all!
CCL could not have been more different! They valued the property at 33% higher than the first agency and they were excited and enthusiastic about achieving more. Within two weeks they had arranged and set up an extraordinary number of viewings and within a month have received three notes of interest through solicitors. All indications are that a price well in excess of the asking price will be achieved.

Always having time to answer questions and always going the extra mile to ensure I had as little stress as possible during the time my property was on the market. They even got a good tenant and managed the renting of my property whilst it was waiting to be sold, do I was covering costs whilst it was empty. I sold my flat with CCL in March 2016 very quickly and efficiently. The people who work there are so nice and the standards of advertising/photography are very high. Plus, even at unusual hours, there is someone who will answer the phone. They are definitely the best Estate Agents I have used to sell/buy and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
