Building up our wee business has taken a lot of hard work and time. We pride ourselves on working with trust with our customers on the purchase process. Recently this is proving not to work so unfortunately resulting in some changes. If the balance and postage is not paid the product will not go out. If I could score more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I received a box frame for our wedding with a picture of my dad who sadly is no longer with us so won't be at my special day. From the moment I placed the order Cheryl was excellent - giving me ideas and listening to what I wanted. I received my frame today and just wow! This is more than a frame - it means my dad will be with me on the day and I have Cheryl to thank for that, absolutely amazing! I have also ordered Converse trainers so can't wait to receive them now! I can't recommend these girls enough, fantastic service xxx

Had an idea about a pet collage for a friend who lost her horse, discussed it with Cheryl who was great with ideas and pulling everything together nothing was an issue and she was more than happy to change anything if I wasn’t happy with it. The finished outcome was amazing! Would defo recommend!

We didn’t want the normal white but that was no hassle they got me the pearl ones i wanted.. sent two different laces as i couldn’t decide and sent pictures before sending! Couldn’t recommend higher! Unfortunately when the packages first arrived 1 of my bridesmaids glasses had broken in transit, Cheryl however had been with me every step of the way with updates and pictures of my orders progression so at this stage she was waiting for me to confirm the glasses had been received – when I advised a glass had broken she couldn’t be more apologetic and immediately set to creating me another beautiful glass in its replacement! 100% recommend and would not hesitate to return!!! very happy bride !
