Central And West Integration Network - Cwin Glasgow Description

Who we are
Central and West Integration Network (CWIN) is a Network of organisations and individuals that actively support, and are strongly committed to the principles of integration in Central and West area of Glasgow. The Central and West area of Glasgow has a very diverse BME population. The role of the network is to support these people to live, learn and socialise with the indigenous Scottish people. The Network currently includes organisations from the voluntary, statutory sectors that provide a very broad range of services and support for people that live in the area and further afield. It aims to support those involved in working with BME, asylum seekers /refugee and migrant workers, promote positive understanding of issues facing the communities, provide a forum for sharing information, skills and knowledge on issues of common concern and seek to input on policies for the benefit of the said communities.

Membership
Membership of the Network are open to all organisations and individuals in Central and West Glasgow area and individuals living and / or working in the Central and West Glasgow area with an interest in promoting the welfare and integration of communities and promoting harmonious community relations.
