Centre 81 (Garelochhead)

The three lochs hostel is part of a local youth centre and all the money they make with thw hostel is used to provide activities to the community. The private room we stayed in was quite small but the hostel itself is lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff, they even lent us a midges net! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is communal tea and coffee free of charge. The village of garelochhead is on the train line from Glasgow to higher up in the Highlands, making many great walks and hikes across loch Lomond easily accessible.

The soft play is brilliant for smaller ones. Cafe is lovely and not overpriced and the gym dude (Chris) is awesome.

Very welcoming staff. Great environment.
