Seminar, Miguel Esteban: Capture of the newly transcribed RNA interactome using click chemistry. Seminar Room, CRM The dogma that the only function of RNA is producing proteins is outdated. Coding and non-coding RNAs exert many additional functions and for this it is necessary that they interact with proteins. In our lab, we set the goal of devising a methodology able to capture newly formed interactions between proteins and RNA, with the goal of using such technology for profiling cell fate transition pathways. I will explain how we developed this technique and its potential applications. http://www.crm.ed.ac.uk/seminars/miguel-e steban/2018-06-04
