The first CrossFit gym in the Capital of the Highlands. Workouts can be scaled for each individual so regardless of age or current fitness ability, everyone can take part in the WOD (Workout of the day). Our gym is different. You won't see endless rows of CV machines or mirrors. Pull up bars, kettlebells, plyo boxes, Olympic bars /plates, med balls, skip ropes are just some of the tools used to forge an all-round inclusive fitness, accessible to everyone!
