Wonderful place to stay the service was excellent along with the breakfast. Given the space available, the room I had (single bed) was very comfortable and cosy. Would recommend, also close the the centre of Ayr (5 min walk, if that). Free street parking available.

room was nice and clean bright and fresh bed was comfy me and my friend stayed graham the owner was lovely all was well until wee tried to open the sash window which to our horror came crashing down nearly taking our hands off and damaged all the wood at the side of window frame got such a fright kind of ruined our night a bit on telling graham he said wee would have to pay for the damage I don't think that was right as wee didn't deliberately break anything it could have happened to anyone but because he wee such a nice man wee felt bad for him so we gave him 25 pounds towards repair of window frame we were well within our rights not to. our safety should have been first if a child had been at the window doesn't bear thinking but its a lovely wee place to stay
