Changes Community Health

CHANGES promotes positive mental health and wellbeing by offering a wide range of FREE groups and courses as well as one-to-one therapy. Open to all adults residing in East Lothian.

CHANGES is a Community Health Project, established in 1996 to promote the positive well-being of people living in East Lothian.

We provide supportive opportunities towards healthier and less stressful living, for those with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
