If you want a place, that takes their time and care to find the right dress- Chantilly lace ticks all the boxes. Clorese is wonderful, and doesn't try to force you to buy anything. I had my heart set on a certain dress and it turns out another one (which was cheaper) was my perfect one! I wouldn't have tried it on unless Clorese had picked out a few for me to try on. Regardless of size, the girls are caring and make you feel uber comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. I found my perfect dress and since then I have been back once it came it and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. I can't wait for everyone to see me in it. 5* I wish I could give 10z

I would recommend Chantilly Lace to any bride to be. Clorese and Maureen have been amazing throughout the whole journey of my wedding dress; from the initial purchase of my beautiful dress, to getting it altered, dry cleaned and stored ready for my big day. They have both made things very easy for me and I feel confident and prepared for my wedding next weekend. Thank you both so much. X

I got married last Sunday . I was over the moon with my dress and bridesmaids dresses from chantilly lace . I had been to a few other shops but felt to rushed and a little intimidated. When choosing a wedding dress you need a little time to make a decision for such a special day . The staff at chantilly lace gave me that time. They advised me to try on different style dresses even if I thought I knew what I wanted. I felt at ease immediately as I walked into this shop. Seven to eight dresses later and I was able to choose my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. We had several appointments and nothing was too much for them. They were very friendly,professional, kind ,lovely, and just genuine ladies that clearly loved their job . They have a wonderful business and I would 100 percent happily recommend chantilly lace for the service and quality of bridal wear . They helped make my wedding day perfect!!!. Thankyou

I cannot recommend this shop enough, they were fantastic when I got my wedding dress! They were so kind and never rush you, even once I had ordered the dress they let me come back with my bridesmaids to try all our dresses on together. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always so helpful. I am over the moon with my dress it was so perfect and the ladies in the shop made the whole experience great from start to finish never once stressed me out even though my wedding was very quick and delivery was tight. Thank you to Clorese for everything and for throwing in my dream veil too when we were at the top of our budget! x x

I bought the most amazing prom dress for my daughter. Staff where amazing I had left it to the very last minute to find a prom dress for my daughter, the staff helped us find the best dress. She looked beautiful.

I actually visited every bridal boutique across the whole of Essex in the hunt for my dream wedding dress and can honestly say that out of everywhere Chantilly Lace was the kindest, caring boutique by far. Clorese is an absolute credit to the bridal industry, she has more patience than I ever thought possible and cares about each and every one of her brides. She went above and beyond helping me until I found an absolutely stunning dress that I wanted to wear each and every day for the rest of my life!! Thank you so very much for everything and for helping me find my absolute dream dress xXx

Every dress in this shop is divine. They are not sales pushy but customer service driven. I loved every appointment I had and only wish I could go back and do it all again with them.
