Chapelton Farm Description
Chapelton is a family run grassland farm near Castle Douglas in South West Scotland and home of the Chapelton Beef Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus herds each consisting of 75 pedigree cows.
We also run 250 cross-bred commercial cows which are bred from retained stock sires. We finish all our own stock on a forage-based system with a firm focus on profitability from birth.
