How to book/alter/cancel apps ♥️
Due to the increased number in clients contacting me directly for appointments I have been bringing my diary home and responding to requests before I return to the salon on the Thursday ♥️
I have an auto response set up for when I’m in salon and dealing with clients so you’re not waiting too long for a response -my working days in the salon are Thursday Friday and Saturday since January this year ♥️
... Sunday -Wednesday you can contact me direct on FB / Messanger or Instagram and I’ll get back to you during my days off ♥️
Thursday from 11am til Saturday at 4pm Call the shop as I may be in appointments for large chunks of time and you may need a last minute app which I’d hate you to miss out on ♥️
I had such little use of my work mobile number so I opted to cancel that so scrap it out your phone if you have saved it ♥️

Please please please any regular brow gals hit me up cos there’s only so many hours in the day and everyone knows I hate the N word so I’ll be in work threading til all hours but I’ve got the fear if we get bad weather I won’t be able to add on apps so get your wee organised head on and get in touch I know there’s loads still to get in ♥️🙋🏽‍♀️

Love my brows exactly what I wanted..fuller, thicker but soft and gentle all at same time charlene is very professional and makes you feel completely at ease! And also gives you a giggle!! Defo reccomend 👌🏼💕

Just started going to Charlene ..had semi permanent eyebrows done she did an amazing job she achieved what I thought was impossible!!! Very professional wouldn't go anywhere else now .I will have all my treatments with Charlene from now on ...highly recommended �

Just been today and got my semi-permanent brows done. I was so scared to get them done because of the pain but it was honestly pain free. The threading was more painful. Charlene is so lovely and so professional she talked me through everything she done step- by step. I'm over the moon with my brows.. thank you so much!! ��

I have been going to Charlene for a while now and she has rescued my sparse brows and made them fuller and given them a beautiful shape and I have had lots of compliments on them. You will not be disappointed with Charlene's services and she is a lovely girl. X

Having attacked my eyebrows with tweezers for years and having gone about with two different shaped eyebrows �� Charlene was recommended to me by a friend. After only two eyebrow appointments I now have evenly shaped brows. Will not go anywhere else now ��

From hardly any eyebrows(with over plucking over the years) Charlene in the last 18 months with tender care has transformed my brows with threading / tinting . But I felt they would never be 100% .

Now i am pleased to say with semi permanent tattooing by Charlene .

After years of over plucking my brow I finally made the decision to get semi permanent brows done and I love them thanks � was nervous to get it done but Charlene explains everything well and listens to what you want and can’t thank her enough x

After plucking my brows for years I decided to take the plunge and get them threaded. Charlene was amazing. Such a friendly and welcoming person. I felt so at ease. We discussed colour for tint and I explained I didn't want them too dark. She nailed it. Colour was perfect and I can't believe the difference in the shape and tidiness of my new brows. I will most definitely be a new regular customer �
