Shopped here a couple of weeks ago for shoes to wear to my daughters wedding. Very friendly, helpful staff, extremely pleased with my new shoes and will definitely be back.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for their guidance, support and excellent service. Certainly worth a return visit.

Had a very unhappy experience in this shop when I returned a pair of shoes bought from the Charles Clinkard website. On asking if I could try a bigger size I was informed by a very condescending female that the shoes were outlet shoes and not something"she would stock in here" nearly bought another pair in her shop costing £65 but on close inspection there was a scratch on the patent, I asked for a new pair and again was talked down to being told"these are fresh" I decided to leave the shoes and I will never shop in this horrible little shop again, they are obviously only interested in their wealthy regulars and not interested in new customers. Do yourself a favour and shop for overpriced shoes elsewhere
