Very helpful staff, its a pleasure to visit but my dog might not think so.

My dog appeared ill, and after having recently lost one, I was a little worried about this one. Called out of hours, but because I was in a dilemma over whether this problem with my dog was something to be worried about, didn't leave a message, intending to visit their surgery the following day. However, a vet from Charmwood called and said that they had a missed call, and they could not have been more supportive. This is despite the fact that Charmwood are not my regular vets; we're currently away from home on holiday. Kudos to Charmwood, thank you. Best regards, Mark

Pleasant reception staff and waiting area. Disable parking spaces farthest from access ramp which was blocked by vehicle in able bodied space.
