Like us all many of the plans I had for Cherished are majorly on hold ....the biggest one being the aftercare for families in funeral packages....this genuinely isn't a way of turning this horrendous situation into a business post ....my heart would never do that.
But with the posts on my newsfeed from funeral parlours and how this will affect the grieving families ....my heart breaks for lost loved ones , families and funeral directors .
The importance of love and connectio...n between our loved ones , families and funeral directors is such a huge part of the grieving process ....I wish i could reach out and help 💜
I have always thought they were special souls ....heaven sent angels in our darkest times....

Whilst out for a walk ( very isolated ....only me, my daughter and the dogs ) and its got me thinking ( after some persuasion from my step mum and messages from clients and friends this morning) ....I am going to set up a fb closed group where I will share videos and advice on keeping our vibration high , and our anxiety low during this difficult time ....the key things I ...believe in helping us to build our immune system to help protect ourselves against the fear of this virus.
This is open to family , friends , clients and anyone who is in need of a safe space filled with love , guidance , and healing 💜🙏

With a heavy heart I have to announce the Cherished doors will be closed until further notice ....as soon as guidelines allow it my wings will be bigger, brighter and stronger than ever 💜
I have spent the last hour sending distance Angel Reiki to all clients I have on my books.... ( this isn't an easy time for anyone but my heart lies especially with my clients who i know will struggle deeply without sessions ) ....and to all the families who have ordered and been a part of ...the Cherished remembrance love.....my love and healing energy is with the world right now ....family , friends, clients and strangers ...

Almost had a wobble today after I waved my youngest off to school....as she skipped along the road and waved at her normal spot before heading into the playground I took a breath and looked to the sky feeling the fear I had been resisting creep in as I thought of the unknown changes that are upon us....life is no longer the same for now.
I took some time out for myself this morning ....did some self reiki and spent some time in my garden to help release and reset my emotions.
The time ahead is unknown but we are all in this together ...and one thing I do know is when this is over life for many won't be taken for granted again 💜

Taking a day at a time and keeping my vibe positive ....after my last client left tonight I sat back and thought now more than ever we have all got to dance ....Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass 💜

The world right now is on a high alert of fear ( which is understandable 💜) ....I am keeping my vibe positive, grounded and occupying my brain with positive stimulation and working through my case studies for my level 2 in silent counselling today.
With so many contradicting things being shared on social media I am keeping an open mind and trying my best to filter a calm and reassuring energy to my family.....our well being and mindset is of upmost importance during times like this ....be kind to yourself and others....chose to do something positive today 💜

Angels have always been a huge part of my grief journey and personal growth , and it was such a special moment to recieve my certificate in Angelic Reiki Healing.
During my attunements lots of guidance came through around the womb and ambilical chord ....I have always felt drawn to Reiki as an energy of love and nurturing in both life and death . I appreciate some people may find this post a difficult , and upsetting read and some may have different beliefs which I fully res...pect . These are my beliefs and a way in which I feel we can make a difference in the most beautiful yet equally difficult moments of life 💜
As an Angelic Reiki Practicioner my aim is to reach out as a channel of healing in pregnancy , into birth....aswell as death and rebirth after trauma .
*Healing into birth- The purpose of this is to bring the divine vibration into the child in the womb. Some pregnancies can be difficult and many of us carry fear during this beautiful but sometimes overwhelming time. Angelic Reiki comes from a place of love and nurturing and monthly sessions can really anchor the feeling of love between mother and baby during the different stages and changes of vibration for the baby in the womb during the first 6 months especially....a way in which you can hold your baby and feel their love long before their birth 💜
* Healing into death -The purpose of this healing is to bring divine vibration into our loved ones evolving consiousness in their final days.... a way in which our loved ones and their surrounding family can be in a space of love, and peace as they prepare for the transition of leaving their physical body . The last thing to leave us in the transition of death is hearing so our loved ones will respond very intensely to how everyone is around them....angel healing can surround and convey such feeings of love and comfort during this difficult stage ....a way in which everyone can hold each others love 💜
*Healing in bereavement and rebirth after trama- the purpose of this is to bring divine vibration into our own bodies....we often lose our sense of belonging , our anchor, our identity after loss and traumatic times ....angelic reiki brings back the light and our feelings of love and security as we search for ourselves in this new phase of life that we feel so lost in 💜

Today has been an amazing experience ...I had the first part of my attunement in learning the practice of Angelic Reiki.
Angels have always been a massive part of my own personal journey aswell as the Cherished love.....wrapped in those wings today was like being home for me 💜

Its been such a busy few months and I can't thank my wonderful clients enough for putting their trust in Cherished....I have said it before but this really is my calling in life 💜
This wee daffodil caught my eye ....a wee ray of sunshine on a rainy day last week....conveys for me the message of love and light thats always there if we look hard enough.
Aswell as busy with clients I am also currently working through a crystal reflexology course, silent counselling course and s...tart an angel healing reiki course this week....and I have started writing a childrens book on coping with loss after suicide.
This time last year my self belief wasn't quite ready ....but this year nothing is holding me back.
Thank you to everyone who left comments, shared and supported my video chat last week with Petes man movement ....it means the world to me and my family to have so much love and support 💜

Doing a recorded video chat took me completely out of my comfort zone ...so much so genuine fear for me kicked in when pete pressed record.
I have learned alot from the experience and its confirmed for me that in situations with fearful feelings our minds are fed wrong messages ....because I wasn't using a pen and paper and in my safe place when sharing my journey I had convinced myself I was awful in this video and wasn't making sense.
It took me a while to find the courag...e to watch it back and when i did watch it I realise its nothing like my mind was telling me.
There are many of us living with emotional fear all day everyday ....can you imagine the false beliefs our minds are telling us.
I have always had a high priority in making people feel safe when they walk through the Cherished door and want to thank Pete for doing the same in his club ....take the step , lose the fear ...be kind to your mind 💜
