Got my hair for my own wedding done here and despite asking for my curls to be done with straightners the girl wouldn't do it and she used tongs. I hated my hair, and if it hadn't been for the rest of the day going so smoothly I could have hated my wedding day because of it. I really do not recommend them.

£185 for cut and colour. One side longer than the other and Graduation at the back was a mess. I had to go elsewhere to have it corrected. Very disappointed.

Visited for a colour on Thursday 24th August 2017. Have been a client of this salon for many years. On this occasion however I had to sit through 45 minutes of something that was similar to a 1980s party in Benidorm. The staff involved in this were extremely unprofessional and the atmosphere in the salon was therefore toxic for all the other staff and clients. The manager Paul was obviously not present, apologies to my stylist but I will not be back.

I love this place. I'm booking for Yasmin, she is still learning but so talented and nice. I feel like in home. I found my hairdresser

THE WORSE HAIR CUT EVER , HE CHANGE MY HAIR CUT , HE CUT TOO TOO SHORT .....I WANT JUST TO TAKE THE ENDS ..... HE SET HAD 33 YEARS EXPERIENCE , BUT HE CUT LIKE HOW I DON' T WANT IT !!!!
THE EXPERIENCE DIDN'T A MEAN ARE YOU GOOD THE POINT IS TO MAKE THAT WHAT I WANT WHIT MY HAIR , HE LOOK MY FASHION HAIR CUT AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CUT IT ....

Lovely funny talented people, had my hair cut in York Place and I was delighted with my cut and my stylist, this was the best cut I have had in years for my fine, and sometimes flat hair. My stylist was just finishing his training but he was lovely, listened to me and referred to Paul who took the time and trouble to speak to me, looked at my hair and asked me questions about what I wanted and delivered a first class cut. Highly recommended, lovely people, down to earth professionals, welcoming salon do try they are amazing.

I never come out of a salon feeling completely happy until now! Although my hair wasn't styled quite how I would like it, the cut and colour were fantastic I went different and cut about 3-4 inches off into a short bob. Very happy and will hopefully return (if i can afford it). It is expensive but I would say worth it if you have the cash
