I've lived in this end of the city for years and I stopped using Chillies a couple of years ago. Thought I'd give it another go. As expected, the food was dry and tasteless, and half the order was missing. It took an hour to get the rest of the order. This was definitely the last time.

Just had really bad experience with CHILLIES! Got Curry last night with hair in it, called it in and received replacement with yet another hair? Unbelievable .... but very true!!! When I called in the second instance I was asked to wait and speak to a female manager who would call me today.. no phone call, first sign of pòor customer services. so I call them to be told that the man I speaking to is the manager, sounds a lot like the guy I already spoke to last night, he tells me" sorry your Curry had hair in it but not willing to refund? Also very poor telephone manner, argumentative and accusing as if I had decided to waste my time making this ridiculous thing up. No more CHILLIES for us and for anyone reading this hopefully. Oh and then to be told he had 1500 followers on fb whoop to do 😈😈😈

Whenever we want a quick takeout fix we order from Chillies. It is consistently good and the food is priced very competitively. Our orders are always correct even when we have to make alterations for dietary requirements.

Overall it's a good place to order from, you shouldn't be disappointed.
