My mum phoned up and told use we had hairs in our chips and cheese and said you would send it round and ended up saying you were to busy been a regular customer for the past few years I defo won't be coming back

Absolutely terrible. The staff are rude over the phone to you. Took 2hours and 25 minutes!! All I ordered was one pizza and kids chicken nuggets and chips. To the hotel which is a five minute drive away! In that time you'd think there killing the chicken there selves.

I will not be ordering from here again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was missing a supper and asked politely in the comments for only lettuce and mayo on the burger and came with everything on it. Phoned up to get attitude from some who sounded about 12! Although I have just been told form a friend that the owner is away just now but maybe pick your staff better next time.
