My name is Esther Sánchez and I am the owner of chocolatisimo shop. I have been a professional pastry chef and chocolatier for 17 years. I am from Sevilla, Spain and throughout my career I have worked in four different countries where I have learnt much and, since January 2015, I am living in Cambridge.

In Chocolatisimo shop we use top quality ingredients and we design dishes according to your preferences and taste. I don't use additives, or industrial flavours. I respect my craft and use fresh, locally sourced ingredientes whenever possible, and love.
