Christine Sadler

Christine Sadler is a Scottish jewellery designer and goldsmith.

With the support of the Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust, Christine started her business in 1999. Her business has won several awards and her designs were chosen by Johnson Matthey to promote worldwide sales of platinum jewellery for men. Business Insider named her as their Rising Star in 2002. Since 1999, while her peers have closed their UK manufacturing and moved production abroad, Christine has been committed to making it in Scotland because she believes it is better for businesses to enrich themselves by improving the community around them. Unlike most contemporary designers, Christine doesn't seek to express herself through her work but to create items which have personal significance and meaning to her clients. . Essentially, it seeks to capture the essence of what it means to be human in the 21st century. Her work aims to symbolise the bonds we create with other people and the world around us.
