Church At Cafe U. Description
This page is another way of communicating with those connected to or interested in the church that meets at Cafe U. Anyone is welcome to get intouch either through FB or in person. We meet to sing, think, pray, eat and chat through what it might mean to follow Jesus today in and around the Scottish Borders. We chat a lot about how the first hearers of the bible may have understood the message and teaching, and then think about how that might apply to us today. For those of us who meet regularly we recognise that this pattern of reflection tends to be a positive and constructive way to begin a new week. It's about taking a couple of hours during the busyness that 21st century life has become to recognise that there may be more to life than we sometimes acknowledge.
