This is just a little reminder to all my clients of my cancellation policy💅🏼
I know that things come up and I will always try my best to get everyone booked in however it so important that you have all your appointments made (including rolling appointments) and that you can attend them. I require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment and any Last Minute Cancellations within the 24hrs will have a £10 CHARGE added onto your next appointment! Any No Sh...ows will be charged FULL COST at their next appointment.
This may sound unfair but if theres no clients then there’s no wage, nothing to pay for stock, can’t pay overheads etc. All I ask is for is a message to say you can’t make it and not on such short notice.
Everyone’s time is valuable and mine is also! Thanks for understanding and thank you everyone for all your loyalty💗
