Cisa: Caledonian Islamic Students' Association

CISA is one of the most vibrant and largest societies at GCU where we work with the local community and University to spread the message of Islam.

CUMSA is one of the most vibrant and largest societies at GCU where we host a wide variety of events; work with the local community and the Student Association and other Islamic Societies to spread the message of Islam and encouraging the socialising of Muslim students on campus!

We also do charity work such as with Charity Week to raise money for projects in third-world countries.

DISCLAIMER: The place we pray in is not a mosque (masjid), it is a multi-faith centre for all students from all religious backgrounds, and Alhamdulillah we are lucky to get exclusive full access to it for Friday prayer.

For your knowledge the decision of student only access was introduced by the university as the place takes a certain number of people and we can't go beyond that for health and safety issues.
