Emma (one of the owners we think) was great. Really friendly, patient with us, creative and suggestive. Great range of products and the service eclipsed every other tile shop in the area and trust me we have visited them all. Twice! We will be buying tiles from here if we ever decide what tile to go for. As a small business owner myself it's great to see someone else flying the flag for specialist knowledge and customer care.
