Absolutely recommend! Fast, friendly and reasonably fast!

Recommended by our hotel since it's a very short walk from the Haymarket tram stop. My teenage daughter and I are on vacation and needed a load of laundry done. Busy place, but exceptionally friendly service with ample staff and it took just minutes to drop off around lunchtime. We were able to pick it back up just before closing and our clothing was clean, folded, and they remembered us and had it ready. Truly great service, only a few minutes out of our day for clean laundry - didn't have to waste a second of precious sightseeing in this wonderful city.

Took a beige wool coat to be dry cleaned 5 months ago and asked if a couple of mould stains could be removed. It was returned with a nice smell but the stains were all still there. I asked the guy who served me to either have it recleaned or for a refund and of course he refused because as he said, they did the best they could do.
I thought that maybe mould stains are indeed too difficult to remove so I decided to re-visit the dry cleaners again and give them another black wool coat I have. There was a small stain on the front from bread sauce. Again the coat was returned to me with the stain there. I didnt bother to complain this time. I came home and scrubbed the stain on my own with a clean cotton towel and some dish washer, and boom the stain disappeared. Need I say more? Don't spend your money on them if it's dry cleaning you want. It is a huge waste!
P.S. The first coat that they didnt manage to clean because "mould couldnt be removed" as they claimed, was actually cleaned to perfection by another dry cleaner's in Bruntsfield.

Excellent ironing service and great value at £1 a shirt. Nina is very friendly and efficient and I highly recommend them.
