This summer we are opening a culturally new and vibrant café in the dynamic surroundings of music and art festivals throughout the UK. We are setting up a Moroccan outlet that sells authentic North African cuisine; creating fresh and exciting, tasty food, that is both healthy and robust. Taking inspiration from the rich colours and charismatic aroma that make up the Medina of Marrakech, we hope to bring back a little bit of sunny Morocco to the dreich UK.

We intend to use the finest, locally sourced, ingredients to create our stunning dishes. A simple selection of traditional kebabs cooked on the grill, mezze salads, couscous and tagines will entice people through wonderful cooking scents. We will be brewing our own special blend of fresh mint tea and offering jars of preserved lemons on the counter.
