When I decided to give Claire's programme a try, I was very overweight, extremely unfit, and was very unhappy with the lack of control I had over my body. I took the plunge, gave it my all, and after 24 weeks I had lost 3 stone and 55 inches, and gained back the energy and control that I had lost. I haven't been this fit and happy for so long and have loved seeing the transformation in my body and my fitness levels.



The programme is easy to follow and the classes are fun with lots of support from lovely ladies who have the same goals and focus as you. The classes are hard work but the results are so worth it. So, I’ve not long finished my second 12 week stint with Claire Adams Total Health and to say that I feel even fitter and stronger is an understatement. I’ve completely surpassed my expectations, from when I first started working with Claire just over 24 weeks ago. So far I have lost just over 5 stones and my overall measurements are 67 inches down. So just over 12 weeks ago I decided to get in touch with Claire Adams Total Health after seeing a post on Facebook. Without a shadow of a doubt it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

Over these last few weeks I have noticed amazing changes. My physical and mental health has improved vastly, as has my body shape, my sleeping, my confidence, my self-esteem and my general happiness.

The support you get from Claire is second to none. This lady knows her stuff. Claire is so passionate and professional. Her enthusiasm is unending. Claire loves her job and this is clearly shown in the way she works. Claire gives you the tools and the know how to get amazing results.

If you are willing to commit then you will achieve amazing results. The gym sessions are hard work but they are also a huge amount of fun thanks to Claire and her team. I can’t wait to get to the gym these days which is something I never thought I would have ever said!

Healthy eating and good nutrition is also a vital part of Claire’s programme and again Claire provides invaluable support and guidance, along with a professional nutritionist who is on hand to answer any questions you may have.

It has been a pleasure getting to know the other ladies in the group. There is absolutely no judgement, just an immense amount of support and a good few giggles along the way too.

I've spent the last 12 weeks working with Claire, her team and the extended Claire Adams family. It has been torturous, agonising and harrowing...but all in a very good way! I'm one of those people who's 'tried everything' and contacted Claire when I was in my deepest slump. The support you receive for both fitness and nutrition is fantastic but the real support is in the group sessions with the other members. It's truly like a wee family and everyone is genuinely there for eachother. 12 weeks later and over 2 stone lighter, 35 inches slimmer and have more motivation than I can measure. I started with CATH 12 weeks ago. I've struggled with my health for a while now and had given up on ever being fit again and resigned myself to being over weight.

These past twelve weeks have changed my life. I'm loosing weight, feeling healthier and now have a positive attitude to life.

I started training with Claire and the team nearly eight months ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I joined at a time when I had gained quite a bit of weight, was eating very badly and had lost all motivation to exercise. I needed something and someone to help me get back on track and this definitely came in the form of Claire and her team, whom I can't thank enough.

As soon as I walked in the door I found that everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I felt the sessions to be tough initially but found that each one started to get easier as my fitness improved and I soon found that I was loving each session and really looking forward to going to the studio. All of the trainers are excellent, extremely supportive and encouraging and always happy to help with any questions/advice. The trainers tailor each session to individual needs and I love how I am always being encouraged and pushed to do more cardio/lift heavier weights.

Along with the sessions there are regular sit down meetings and reviews with Claire who is keen to listen to your aims/goals and always happy to help in anyway that she can in order to achieve these. Claire is extremely supportive and has motivated me throughout my journey at CATH, I cannot thank her enough for all of her ongoing help and support. Over the past eight months I have lost a great deal of weight and inches over my body, got much leaner/stronger and in the process I have dropped three dress sizes which I could not be happier about. Claire and the team have helped me to lose weight, get my confidence back and really boost my self esteem. I joined Claire Adams Total Health Gym in November 2017. It has been the perfect fit for me. Small, friendly atmosphere, great equipment and the best trainers. I have been encouraged, motivated and the accountability is very important to keep to your booked sessions.

I have lost weight, inches and improved my fitness, toned my body too. Most important too, is my continued mental health. I am a more positive person, able to prioritise my life easier and not let things get on top of me.

I joined CATH in January at the heaviest and unhappiest I have ever been. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have tried every diet club available. I would lose weight but would get so far, get stuck, give up and put it all back on and then some. The advert for CATH came up in my news feed one day (I had been googling gyms in Edinburgh, so thank you Facebook algorithms!) and when looking at the testimonial videos I saw one by a friend at work. The very next day I told her I had been thinking of joining and asked what she thought. She told me to sign up straight away as it would change my life, as it had changed hers. So I did. And it totally has! I had done no exercise before and whilst the first couple of weeks were really hard, it started to get easier and I would look forward to each class. All the trainers are so supportive and make you feel that they genuinely want to help you be the best that you can be. I’ve had some issues with my knees but they have been brilliant at giving me alternatives and adapting the class for me. The support from all the other members really makes a difference too - it’s very much like a wee family!

I’m now at the end of my 24th week and have no intentions of leaving! I’d go every day if I could! I’ve lost 41 inches so far, and although I’m not where I want to be yet, for the first time ever I know that I will get there.

I initially started training with Claire after my second baby. From the minute I stepped into her studio I felt at ease. Claire is excellent at motivating you to reach your goals and the support she gives you on your journey is incredible!!

I have now completed my 12 weeks with clair. Before my fitness journey started I was a total couch potato no energy, no stamina and unhealthy.

I was very unsure about the program and I found it difficult at 1st but as the weeks went by and I started feeling better. Having more energy and actually doing more threw out the day plus I started looking and feeling good and happy within myself. My family noticed a big difference in me. Also I managed to.

1. Reverse my blood sugar level from being high to now normal.

2. Stable my cholesterol

I have been with CATH for 16 weeks now. Best thing i ever done. I have achieved so much in such a short period of time. Claire and the trainers are superb and will support you 100% with your journey. I have lost 1 stone 3lbs and 40 inches in 16 weeks. Best of all though I feel fabulous. I am strong, fit and healthy and have changed my whole mindset towards food. Claire and her trainers offer challenging classes, great advice and lots of encouragement. They take time to understand where you are and where you want to be and they genuinely care about helping you get there.



I have arthritis and hate admitting I can't do an exercise or making a nuisance of myself by asking for something to be changed. But the trainers have all taken the time to understand what I can and can't do and will happily change anything any time. In fact they often change things without me even having to ask and I really appreciate that. I would say to anyone that health problems really are not a barrier here.



My progress has been a bit slower on the nutrition front, I have a real sweet tooth. But Claire and Shane the nutritionist have stuck with me and I am slowly seeing real changes. The advice they have given me has been realistic and I really think I will stick with it long term.

Claire really knows how to help people achieve great results in a comparatively short time. Hours of sedentary work meant I was struggling to do the things I used to like such as cycling and I was fed up and wanting to do something about it. Twelve weeks later I am 2 dress sizes smaller, am far fitter and learned new things. As I say my fare well ( for now) I wanted to say a huge thank you to Claire Adams and Rytis! I joined the gym in September 2017 when I was at my lowest and unfittest I've been in years. I had no energy and everything I did seemed like a mahoosive chore. I was at my breaking point as I've tried several diets and tried to keep fit one way or another but I kept failing. And when I was about give in I found CATH and it was definately my best choice. The trainers tailor each session to individual needs and I love how I am always being encouraged and pushed to do more cardio/lift heavier weights.

I joined CATH in January at the heaviest and unhappiest I have ever been. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have tried every diet club available. I would lose weight but would get so far, get stuck, give up and put it all back on and then some. The advert for CATH came up in my news feed one day (I had been googling gyms in Edinburgh, so thank you Facebook algorithms!) and when looking at the testimonial videos I saw one by a friend at work. The very next day I told her I had been thinking of joining and asked what she thought. She told me to sign up straight away as it would change my life, as it had changed hers. So I did. And it totally has! I had done no exercise before and whilst the first couple of weeks were really hard, it started to get easier and I would look forward to each class. I have now completed my 12 weeks with clair. Before my fitness journey started I was a total couch potato no energy, no stamina and unhealthy.

I was very unsure about the program and I found it difficult at 1st but as the weeks went by and I started feeling better. When I decided to give Claire's programme a try, I was very overweight, extremely unfit, and was very unhappy with the lack of control I had over my body. I took the plunge, gave it my all, and after 24 weeks I had lost 3 stone and 55 inches, and gained back the energy and control that I had lost. If you are willing to commit then you will achieve amazing results. The gym sessions are hard work but they are also a huge amount of fun thanks to Claire and her team. I can’t wait to get to the gym these days which is something I never thought I would have ever said!

Healthy eating and good nutrition is also a vital part of Claire’s programme and again Claire provides invaluable support and guidance, along with a professional nutritionist who is on hand to answer any questions you may have.

It has been a pleasure getting to know the other ladies in the group. There is absolutely no judgement, just an immense amount of support and a good few giggles along the way too.

I have loved the last 12 weeks so much that I have signed up for another 12 weeks.

I've spent the last 12 weeks working with Claire, her team and the extended Claire Adams family. It has been torturous, agonising and harrowing...but all in a very good way! I'm one of those people who's 'tried everything' and contacted Claire when I was in my deepest slump. The support you receive for both fitness and nutrition is fantastic but the real support is in the group sessions with the other members. It's truly like a wee family and everyone is genuinely there for eachother. 12 weeks later and over 2 stone lighter, 35 inches slimmer and have more motivation than I can measure. I cannot recommend this programme highly enough. If I can do it, anyone can! I can't wait to start my next 12 weeks...!

I started with CATH 12 weeks ago. I've struggled with my health for a while now and had given up on ever being fit again and resigned myself to being over weight.

These past twelve weeks have changed my life. I'm loosing weight, feeling healthier and now have a positive attitude to life.

The past twelve weeks have been personally challenging and rewarding all at the same time. I couldnt recommend Claire more. Her professional approach and lovely, caring personality is joy to be around and she believes in you, even when you don't.

I started training with Claire and the team nearly eight months ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I joined at a time when I had gained quite a bit of weight, was eating very badly and had lost all motivation to exercise. I needed something and someone to help me get back on track and this definitely came in the form of Claire and her team, whom I can't thank enough.

As soon as I walked in the door I found that everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I felt the sessions to be tough initially but found that each one started to get easier as my fitness improved and I soon found that I was loving each session and really looking forward to going to the studio. All of the trainers are excellent, extremely supportive and encouraging and always happy to help with any questions/advice. The trainers tailor each session to individual needs and I love how I am always being encouraged and pushed to do more cardio/lift heavier weights.

Along with the sessions there are regular sit down meetings and reviews with Claire who is keen to listen to your aims/goals and always happy to help in anyway that she can in order to achieve these. Claire is extremely supportive and has motivated me throughout my journey at CATH, I cannot thank her enough for all of her ongoing help and support. Over the past eight months I have lost a great deal of weight and inches over my body, got much leaner/stronger and in the process I have dropped three dress sizes which I could not be happier about. Claire and the team have helped me to lose weight, get my confidence back and really boost my self esteem. All in all I am a much happier person now compared to the person who first walked into the studio eight months ago and that is all down to Claire, her team and my own determination.

I have met so many amazing ladies along the way all of whom are on their own journey. This group of ladies is extremely supportive, friendly and a joy to train with. I would definitely recommend Clare and her team to anyone who is struggling with their weight/fitness/health as I can honestly say that they have helped me to completely change and overhaul my life over the past eight months.

I joined Claire Adams because I wanted to feel strong both physically and mentally and it was the best decision I could have made. I did the 12 week course and loved every single day of it. Claire is a wonderful person full of positivity and enthusiasm, and the other trainers are amazing; every session was different so I was never bored. I joined Claire Adams Total Health seven months ago to get more control over my health and I have loved improving my strength and flexibility while getting extensive support to improve my eating habits.



This is a long term journey for me, to enable me to manage a chronic health condition to the best of my ability and Claire has given me the tools, training and confidence to go for this.

I joined Claire Adams Total Health Gym in November 2017. It has been the perfect fit for me. Small, friendly atmosphere, great equipment and the best trainers. I have been encouraged, motivated and the accountability is very important to keep to your booked sessions.

I have lost weight, inches and improved my fitness, toned my body too. Most important too, is my continued mental health. I am a more positive person, able to prioritise my life easier and not let things get on top of me.

I am also amazed at the exercises I can now do and my increased strength.

I joined CATH in January at the heaviest and unhappiest I have ever been. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have tried every diet club available. I would lose weight but would get so far, get stuck, give up and put it all back on and then some. The advert for CATH came up in my news feed one day (I had been googling gyms in Edinburgh, so thank you Facebook algorithms!) and when looking at the testimonial videos I saw one by a friend at work. The very next day I told her I had been thinking of joining and asked what she thought. She told me to sign up straight away as it would change my life, as it had changed hers. So I did. And it totally has! I had done no exercise before and whilst the first couple of weeks were really hard, it started to get easier and I would look forward to each class. All the trainers are so supportive and make you feel that they genuinely want to help you be the best that you can be. I’ve had some issues with my knees but they have been brilliant at giving me alternatives and adapting the class for me. The support from all the other members really makes a difference too - it’s very much like a wee family!

I’m now at the end of my 24th week and have no intentions of leaving! I’d go every day if I could! I’ve lost 41 inches so far, and although I’m not where I want to be yet, for the first time ever I know that I will get there.

I initially started training with Claire after my second baby. From the minute I stepped into her studio I felt at ease. Claire is excellent at motivating you to reach your goals and the support she gives you on your journey is incredible!!



I’ve never really enjoyed exercising but with Claire the time just flies by, it’s no surprise to me to see how far she has come, her business just seems to be going from strength to strength as are the number of happy clients!

I have now completed my 12 weeks with clair. Before my fitness journey started I was a total couch potato no energy, no stamina and unhealthy.

I was very unsure about the program and I found it difficult at 1st but as the weeks went by and I started feeling better. Having more energy and actually doing more threw out the day plus I started looking and feeling good and happy within myself. My family noticed a big difference in me. Also I managed to.

1. Reverse my blood sugar level from being high to now normal.

2. Stable my cholesterol

3. Lose 34 inches

4.lose just over 9Ibs

5. Also helped with my P.A.D (peripheral artery disease )

I have been with CATH for 16 weeks now. Best thing i ever done. I have achieved so much in such a short period of time. Claire and the trainers are superb and will support you 100% with your journey. I have lost 1 stone 3lbs and 40 inches in 16 weeks. Best of all though I feel fabulous. I am strong, fit and healthy and have changed my whole mindset towards food. The nutritionist is great for giving advice etc. The whole group is amazing and everyone is there to support each other. I have met some amazing people and many many new friends.

I am so glad I joined this gym. It's the most positive decision I have ever made for myself.

Claire and her trainers offer challenging classes, great advice and lots of encouragement. They take time to understand where you are and where you want to be and they genuinely care about helping you get there.



I have arthritis and hate admitting I can't do an exercise or making a nuisance of myself by asking for something to be changed. But the trainers have all taken the time to understand what I can and can't do and will happily change anything any time. In fact they often change things without me even having to ask and I really appreciate that. I would say to anyone that health problems really are not a barrier here.



My progress has been a bit slower on the nutrition front, I have a real sweet tooth. But Claire and Shane the nutritionist have stuck with me and I am slowly seeing real changes. The advice they have given me has been realistic and I really think I will stick with it long term.

Claire really knows how to help people achieve great results in a comparatively short time. Hours of sedentary work meant I was struggling to do the things I used to like such as cycling and I was fed up and wanting to do something about it. Twelve weeks later I am 2 dress sizes smaller, am far fitter and learned new things. It is the combination of gym sessions, diet and support that you get from Claire and her team that makes things go so well. As a person who felt awkward and uncomfortable in gyms, the people you meet and the way things are organized mean the sessions are hard work but good fun. As I say my fare well ( for now) I wanted to say a huge thank you to Claire Adams and Rytis! I joined the gym in September 2017 when I was at my lowest and unfittest I've been in years. I had no energy and everything I did seemed like a mahoosive chore. I was at my breaking point as I've tried several diets and tried to keep fit one way or another but I kept failing. And when I was about give in I found CATH and it was definately my best choice. I changed my diet, my attitude to food and even booze changed too, I became addicted to the gym and the atmosphere and the overall attitude made me feel at home. I know I can be sarky (in a funny way) and loud and I get my giggles on or instead of jumping jacks I chose to have a wee rave on top of the cube even though the choice of music was not my cup of tea �� those who know me well know that my choice of music would do your box in � Claire and Rytis pushed my limits to the max from day one and it felt amazing....bloody sore but amazing! They helped me and supported me immensely and 6 months later I am full of energy, confidence and my self-esteem is through the roof ( and so is my modesty apparently �) and I have made new incredible friends.

After undergoing eye surgery last year I had lost confidence and was looking for a way to get back to full fitness. I joined CATH and for the first time found an exersize class that passed so fast I never had time to check my watch! Enjoyable sessions, nutrition advice and encouraging trainers. Never felt fitter or healthier and for the first time in 20 years I even managed to brave a bikini on holiday! Thank you guys! �
