I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist, looking to work with individuals who participate in regular physical activity.

I focus on releasing tension in deep tissues, injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation back into sport, maintenance of muscle flexibility and pre and post event massage for both teams and individuals competing in events or matches.

I have mobile facilities and flexible working hours giving you the option to travel or to get a massage in the comfort of your own home.
