Unique and distinctive craft beers brewed in hand-selected whisky casks from Islay, Speyside, Highland and Lowland distilleries. Hand-selected freshly disgorged casks from four regions: Highland, Lowland, Speyside and Islay are used to devise the right brewing recipe to marry flavour with the characteristics of the whisky barrel. The beers are stored for different lengths of time – some a few months, another almost a year. The whisky casks work wonders with the four beers, imbuing them with their own qualities, passing on flavours of vanilla, oak and sherry, and enhancing the many layers already in the beers themselves. The results are intense. These are beautifully complex beers, all of which come in at 8% abv, so they pack a punch in terms of flavour and strength!
