This devastatingly handsome and extremely good boy joined our wee Clan over the weekend and came out on his very first Clan Crusade today. The other dogs all gave him their seal of approval and we're sure he's going to bring lots of fun to our adventures!

People often ask why we don't accept dogs under a year old on our Clan Crusades.
The reason is that your puppy's growth plates are still forming whilst they are young and long walks during this time can potentially cause long term damage.
Our good friend Janis at Happy Hound Canine Massage in Leith has created 3 videos explaining in more detail what is going on in your puppy's body during their first year or two. She shares some amazing advice and tips on how to give your do...g the best possible start for their health and we're delighted to share these videos with you today.

Our Clan Chieftess, Tammie, updates her Canine 1st Aid training annually but these courses are not just for dog professionals - anyone can attend a workshop and learn what to do to help their beloved dog in an emergency situation.
We'd highly recommend attending one run by the talented and super-qualified Rachel Bean, who comes up to Edinburgh annually, hosted by Clan Canines.
