To assure quality we take delivery of the finest scotch beef from two specially selected suppliers that both have the QMS standard mark.
One of our suppliers also holds membership of the soil association, which allows the procurement and preparation of certified organic meats, this means that both our customers and ourselves can be reassured about the cattles health, welfare, feed and hygiene.
