Absolutely incredible, honest, trustworthy, brilliant little family business. Keith made every single part of experience truly special - an absolute gentleman. When Keith wasnt there the other staff were a real pleasure to speak too. This is customer service a it's very best. I love in central London, having been born and raised in Edinburgh, and couldn't find anything as good as this anywhere in London. Keith and the team listened incredibly carefully to my very much bespoke request for my future wife's engagement ring. The attention to detail was incredible, the service was exceptional and the end result was...well...quite honestly one of the most beautiful engagement rings I've ever seen. My wife has had countless comments, often even from complete strangers about how stunning the ring is. We returned, without question, to have out wedding bands made too.

I would recommend Clarksons to anyone looking for distinctive and beautiful jewellery.

After hours of traipsing round the usual high street jewellers and seeing the same engagement rings over and over and not finding one I loved enough to wear forever, a friend recommended Clarksons. Tucked away on Victoria Street, their selection of unique and beautiful modern rings was exactly what I was looking for - the hardest part was choosing just one!

What made it for me was the personal service and advice - a big difference from the impersonal Princes Street experience. Their willingness to listen carefully to what I wanted and then help me find what I was looking for was lovely. It was a big decision and I really felt able to take the time to choose. I came away with a ring which we absolutely loved.

So it was a no brainer when it came to choosing a jeweller to help me design a new ring to give my grandmother's engagement ring a new lease of life. The old settings were at the end of their useful life and I didn't want to leave it languishing in a drawer. Keith spent time explaining what was possible and worked with me to find a design which I loved. The end result was gorgeous and beautifully made.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for something a little bit different or wanting to design something distinctive and personal. They don't make assumptions about budget or personal taste, and are willing to go the extra mile to find that perfect piece - or make it!

Since then we have also bought a gold ring for myself. Needless to say the quality of both rings was impeccable.
