Popped in with a broken derailleur hanger to see if they had one which I was intending on fitting myself. They removed the broken one and fitted the new one for no extra charge as well as pointing out a broken chain link and advising how to remove it. Great customer service.

Absolutely gobsmacked with the rudeness of staff when you phone with an enquiry. He was so appalling that I thought he was joking until he swiftly put the phone down on me......unbelievable and surprised you're still open!!

Don't ask me to bring my bike in for a repair you know you have no time to do. Why would anyone leave a bike with you for a week just to a new cable. You cost me an hour of my day because you couldn't be bothered explaining this on the phone....thanks

My Grandfather always went here when he cycled, and I've never wanted to go anywhere else myself - really know their stuff and Davey's banter is top notch!

Terrific customer service and fabulous knowledge. The prices are extremely good too. You can go far, but you'll not do any better than Dave's biking Nirvana!
