New Leisure Centre & Adventure Play Area
Planning Permission has now been approved for the park to build a leisure centre and outdoor adventure play area. This will be built in the grass field to the north of the existing Leisure facility.
The new leisure centre will include a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gymnasium and cafe. An outdoor adventure playground and new car parks will also be created as part of the project.
... Development is scheduled to commence in October 2018 and the anticipated completion date is Autumn 2019. Separate construction access's will be created and there will be no interference or interruption to normal business at the park during the construction phase.
In common with the existing facilities on the park, the new facility will be open to the local community as well as customers of the park.

Well it was suggested on my hen weekend, this is my most favourite restaurant �



If I’m looking for somewhere local to take the children, wether it be for a breakfast, lunch or evening bar meal, this is where I’d go. The staff are lovely, the playroom and outdoor park is perfect. Also the FREE bouncy castle in the good Scottish weather is an added bonus. I’ve yet to sample the evening entertainment. They have very well organised events throughout the year too.

We had the mothers day menu. Food was amazing, so delicious, portions were perfect and presented beautifully.

We booked this site as a last minute break, and we're so glad we did. We were greated by a lovely receptionist, who told us which touring pitch we were on. It is lovely and gives enough privacy and space, and the toilet/shower block is pure luxury. The club entertainment on the Saturday 27th May was brilliant, the clubhouse itself is light and spacious and has everything you need Including a souvenir shop. And also play room for the kids with outside play space. I'd highly recommend this site,and I'll be back soon x

So lucky to have this on our door step. Love going here for a meal with my family. Good food (especially the mushroom starter) and the kids are never bored. 5/5 definitely!!

Myself and partner had tea 1 sunday night.....meal was perfectly cooked i had gammon and partner had steak n ale pie.

Great value and fresh baked scones/carrot cake amazing mmmmm.

Couldnt fault the food and waitress was friendly and chatty nothing was to much bother.

Will return again.

Just back from a four night break at Clayton caravan park and had a really wonderful time. Our caravan was spotless and very well equipped. Both my boys loved the soft play which meant peaceful mealtimes with delicious food. The whole park was so clean and peaceful and the location was perfect for exploring st Andrews and the surrounding area. We found all of the staff extremely informative and helpful. My son is already asking when we can go back!

I'm a local and Clayton restaurant is a godsend for a soft play option. No judgement by staff on families coming in to use soft play and having a coffee. My kids love the soft play and the manager is a gem. Highly recommend it x

I was there with my family last night for my 30th birthday meal. The staff on last night were lovely and nothing was a bother. My 6 neices and 1nephew (aged from 1 year to 12yrs and fussy eaters) ate all there meal and enjoyed a wee play in the soft play area.. All adults also really enjoyed there meal..the general real layout of the restaurant was lovely and clean, toilets well clean and warm (my 6 year old neice also liked the fact there's was Christmas songs playing in there!)

Definitely recommend to friends and family

Hire caravan was brand new. Everything was very relaxed. Kids had such a great weekend. Will be back soon thanks

Ive got a van here and ive never had a bad meal here yet. The veg always comes fresh and piping hot without being overcoocked. I think the staff have always went above and beyond the call of duty any time ive needed assistance.ive just been in the soft toy area a few hours ago with my one year old daughter crawling all over the place and never felt like it was dirty, if it was i would have left and complained.

Good was great but service was dreadful,finished our mains and have sat for ages waiting for plates to be cleared and to order desserts.there were 2 tables in 3 including ourselves so no excuse that they were run off there feet.....I'm actually writing this review as am sat here now and still waiting on my table being cleared!

Been at Clayton for 3 years as a seasonal in the tourer pitch loved everything about the park especially as am a golfer �️‍♀️ it's very handy have asked for cocktails in the bar but as yet no sign of them apart from that it's a cracking holiday park

Service and food standard has dropped dramatically in recent weeks. Takes an age to be served, food standard is poor, menu is stagnant, prices on the increase. Choice of draught lager/cider has been changed and is very poor. Kids games room has remained the same without a change of machine and no chalk every day for the pool. Real shame as it was once a favourite and it to see it dramatically go downhill will force me to stop going. Hope it improves with the new site opening.

Popped in today for a cup of tea and allow the kids a play whilst it was pouring outside. Waited what felt like whatever to be served. Was given a number for my order (tea/hot choc/scone and cupcake) as the server had run out of tea spoons. It then took 15 minutes for the hot choc to arrive, another 5 minutes for my pot of tea, longer for my scone oh and I gave up waiting on the cup cake.



When I went back to the counter the staff member appeared and without me saying anything popped the cupcake on a plate no apology no eye contact and handed it to me.

It was crazy that it wasn't that busy and people were being served main meals quicker

Visited here today for lunch with my two children and family.my daughter had an incident in the soft play area she had pulled her nappy of she has special needs and does not understand this was wrong.the way we were treated over this was absolutely disgraceful.we were spoken to by one waitress over the matter like a piece of dirt.i strongly recommend some members of staff go on a course on how to deal with members of the public.really not acceptable Clayton !!

Thoroughly dissatisfied after our visit to Clayton. Food was appalling and all arrived at different times and when we complained the supervisor was rude and rolled her eyes at us. The manager was swearing in front of our young children. £40 down and all they were prepared to refund us for was the children's steak pie we found a piece of wire in. Absolutely shocking and very disappointing.

The restaurant is terrible waited 30 minutes before I had to actually go ask for my order to be taken. Then ordered desert which didn't arrive . Decided to leave and complained about not getting desert to be told they forgot . The place only had 2 other tables occupied . so there is no excuse for forgetting. Would not recommend the restaurant . Park is stunning shame about the restaurant
